  • Welcome & Health Intake
    During your first appointment at the institute, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire so that each treatment can be tailored to your needs.
  • Oracle Card Draw
    Before each treatment, you are invited to draw an oracle card that will offer you an inspiring message.
  • Classic enveloping massage
    A full-body massage to relax muscles, release accumulated tension, and promote circulation. The strokes are gentle and deep, tailored to your current state.
  • Integration of sound therapy
    Therapeutic sounds (singing bowls, vibrations) are used during the treatment to soothe the mind, harmonize energy and enhance the effects of bodily relaxation.
  • Global refocusing and anchoring
    This treatment supports natural self-healing processes, promoting reconnection to oneself, one's sensations, and the present moment. It encourages a return to inner balance.
