At OpenToWork Academy, we act as a platform connecting clients with independent providers (coaches, artisans, event organizers, etc.).
We do not directly sell physical products. Services booked through our platform are the responsibility of each provider, who sets their own conditions for cancellation, modification, or refund.
Cancelling or modifying a booking
Cancellation and refund conditions vary depending on the provider selected.
For any cancellation or modification request, please contact the provider directly using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.
Non-refundable services
Some services may be non-cancellable or non-refundable, particularly when the service has already been delivered or initiated (e.g., workshops, events, personalized coaching). This will be stated in the provider’s policy.
Our role
OTW Academy provides a secure platform to facilitate bookings and payments. However, obligations related to service execution, cancellation, or refunds lie solely with the respective provider.
