OTW Academy aims to support Swiss entrepreneurship by connecting venue owners with end clients, while providing them with simple, direct and transparent access to quality venues and services.

In this Guide & Conditions, you will find all the essential information you need to start your collaboration with the Academy:

• The Partnership Agreement, which defines the framework of the collaboration between you and the platform.
• The Publication Guide, which supports you in publishing your venue and managing client requests.
• The connection process, which explains how Quote Requests received through OTWA work.

Publishing your venue on OTW Academy is completely free.

No subscription, registration fee or commission is charged: your participation simply contributes to supporting the Swiss entrepreneurial ecosystem by generating valuable traffic for the entire community.

This document has been designed to provide you with a clear and transparent overview of how we operate, allowing each venue owner to participate with confidence while respecting their rights, responsibilities and the Academy's values.

Preamble: Mission and Vision of OTW Academy

OTW Academy's mission is to support Swiss entrepreneurship by connecting independent service providers, venue owners and end clients through a simple and collaborative platform.

Our vision is based on three pillars:

• A platform connecting venue owners, service providers and end clients directly, simply and transparently.
• A structure providing independent professionals and venue owners with visibility and tools that facilitate connections with new clients.
• A dynamic community supported by events, workshops and afterworks that encourage networking, collaboration and personal and professional development.

1. Benefits of listing a venue on OTWA

100% free listing
Publishing your venue is completely free, as your listing generates valuable traffic for the platform.

This collaborative model provides genuine visibility with no registration fees and no commission.

Personalized Quote Requests

Interested clients can submit a personalized Quote Request directly through OTWA containing the essential information about their project and needs.

When a client submits a Quote Request for your venue, you automatically receive a notification via WhatsApp and email with the details of their request.

You can then contact the client and provide a personalized offer tailored to their needs.

You can continue the conversation by phone, email or through your OTWA ProSpace, according to your preference or the client's chosen contact method.

Increased visibility

Every published venue becomes a showcase accessible to a wide audience, increasing your visibility and helping you connect with new clients or partners.

A collaborative Swiss model

By joining OTWA, you contribute to a collaborative ecosystem in which every venue and service provider supports the growth of entrepreneurship in Switzerland.

Simple client connections

You have the venue; OTWA helps you reach new potential clients.

Clients submit their requests through the platform. You receive the necessary information and can then prepare a suitable offer.

No calendar or booking management is required on OTWA for venues: you remain free to communicate directly with the client and agree on the terms of your offer.

2. Membership conditions

Listing a venue on OTW Academy is completely free.

No subscription, registration fee or commission is charged to the venue owner.

Each published venue contributes to the overall visibility of the platform and supports the Swiss ecosystem of entrepreneurs and service providers.

A period of 7 to 14 days may be required between registration and the publication of the venue.

This period allows our team to verify the authenticity of the information provided and ensure an appropriate level of quality for end clients by preventing fraudulent or non-compliant listings.

3. Quote Requests and payment terms

Connections for venues published on OTWA operate exclusively through Quote Requests.

Submitting a Quote Request is free (CHF 0) and does not result in any payment through the platform.

After receiving the request, the venue owner or manager can contact the client directly to clarify their needs and provide a personalized offer.

The venue owner and client then agree directly on the rental conditions, price, payment method and any other terms related to the service.

OTW Academy does not collect any payment related to Quote Requests and does not charge any commission on agreements concluded between the venue owner and the client.

The venue owner remains responsible for invoicing, accounting and any applicable tax obligations.

4. Managing client requests

When a client submits a Quote Request for your venue, you automatically receive a notification via WhatsApp and email with the details of their request.

You can then review the information provided and contact the client to clarify their needs and provide a personalized offer.

You can contact the client by phone, email or through your OTWA ProSpace, according to your preference or the client's chosen contact method.

The venue owner remains responsible for following up on requests, offers, availability and agreements concluded with clients.

5. Confidentiality and data protection

OTW Academy undertakes to process all personal data provided by venue owners and end clients in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including Swiss data protection law and, where applicable, the GDPR.

The information collected is used exclusively for the operation of the platform, including:

• managing venues published on the platform,
• connecting venue owners with end clients,
• transmitting and managing Quote Requests,
• communications required for client connections and ongoing collaborations.

OTW Academy implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and security of processed data.

Personal data is not sold to third parties. It may, however, be shared with technical service providers or partners where necessary for the operation of the service, including hosting or messaging services, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Requests relating to access, correction or deletion of personal data may be sent to: info@opentowork.academy.

6. Use of images and content

As part of the registration process, the venue owner may provide photographs, visuals or other content intended to present and promote the venue.

By submitting this content, the venue owner expressly authorizes OTW Academy to use, reproduce and distribute it solely for the purpose of promoting the venue through the platform and associated communication channels (website, social media, brochures, communication campaigns, etc.).

This authorization is non-exclusive, free of charge and revocable upon termination of the agreement, subject to a reasonable technical period for removing previously published materials.

The venue owner guarantees that they hold the necessary rights to the submitted content and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.

7. Duration of the agreement

This agreement takes effect upon validation of the request to publish the venue on OTW Academy. This validation constitutes full acceptance of these conditions.

The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period with no fees or subscription.

The venue owner may request the removal of their venue or changes to their information at any time by sending a written request to: info@opentowork.academy.

OTW Academy reserves the right to suspend or remove a venue in the event of non-compliance with publication conditions, inaccurate information or failure to meet required quality standards.

8. Termination

By the venue owner:
The agreement may be terminated with one month's notice without justification.

By the Academy:
Immediate termination is possible in the event of non-compliance with the conditions or harmful behaviour.

9. Platform responsibility

OTW Academy acts exclusively as a platform connecting venue owners and end clients.

It cannot be held responsible for rental conditions, offers provided by the venue owner, payments agreed directly between the parties, delays, disputes or any other issue arising from the direct relationship between the venue owner and the client.

Each venue owner remains solely responsible for the compliance, safety and maintenance of their venue and for compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Switzerland (authorisations, insurance, taxation, etc.).

The Academy accepts no legal, material or financial responsibility for disputes, claims or damages arising between the parties concerned.

In the event of legal proceedings, any claim or liability must be addressed directly to the party concerned.

10. Force majeure

OTW Academy cannot be held responsible for interruptions resulting from events beyond its control (technical failure, cyberattack, natural disaster, etc.).

11. Signature and acceptance

Publishing a venue through the publication form on the OTW Academy platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the following contractual documents:

• The Venue Partnership Agreement
• The General Terms of Use
• The General Venue Publication Conditions

Although publication is free, validation of the form confirms your acceptance of the publication conditions and formalizes your commitment to OTW Academy.

Process after registration – Information flow

After your registration

Once your registration has been validated, the following steps apply to the publication of your venue and the management of your Quote Requests.

1. Publication of your venue

A presentation of your venue and a detailed description of its amenities will be published on the platform.

A period of 7 to 14 days may be required between submitting your form and the publication of your listing.

This period allows our team to:

• verify the authenticity of the information and visuals provided,
• validate the quality and compliance of the content,
• ensure a level of reliability and professionalism consistent with the Academy's standards,
• prevent fraudulent or non-compliant listings.

You will not receive an automatic notification when your venue is published.

Please check your information on the platform and contact us at info@opentowork.academy for any changes or corrections.

2. Your Quote Request form

A personalized form is created for your venue based on the information provided during onboarding.

Depending on your venue, clients may provide information including:

• the type of event or project,
• the preferred date and time,
• the number of participants,
• specific needs or requests,
• their contact details and preferred contact method.

Submitting the form is completely free (CHF 0) and does not result in any automatic payment or booking.

3. Receiving a Quote Request

When a client submits a Quote Request for your venue, you automatically receive a notification via WhatsApp and email with the details of their request.

You therefore receive the information required to understand their needs and prepare a suitable proposal.

4. Contacting the client

After receiving the request, you can contact the client directly.

You can continue the conversation:

• by phone,
• by email,
• or through your OTWA ProSpace,

according to your preference or the client's chosen contact method.

You can then clarify the details of the request and provide a personalized offer tailored to their needs.

5. Offer, agreement and payment

Once contact has been established, you agree directly with the client on:

• the content and terms of your offer,
• venue availability,
• the price,
• any cancellation conditions,
• payment methods and deadlines,
• and any other conditions required for the rental.

An OTWA Quote Request does not constitute a confirmed booking, and no payment is collected by OTWA as part of this connection.

The venue owner and client finalize their agreement and payment arrangements directly with each other.

Information flow – Quote Request

The parties

This information flow describes the exchanges between:

• Venue owner / manager
• OTW platform
• End client

1. End client

The client visits the venue page on OTWA and completes the Quote Request form.

They provide the necessary information about their project, together with their contact details and preferred contact method.

Submitting the request is free (CHF 0) and does not constitute a confirmed booking.

2. Venue owner

The venue owner automatically receives a notification via WhatsApp and email containing the details of the client's request.

They can then contact the client using the appropriate communication method and provide a personalized offer.

3. OTW Platform

OTW Academy provides the venue page and the system allowing clients to submit Quote Requests.

The platform therefore facilitates the connection between the client and the venue owner.

Once the connection has been established, both parties can agree directly on the rental details, price and payment terms.
