Preamble: Mission and Vision of the OTW Academy
The mission of the OTW Academy is to support Swiss entrepreneurship by assisting independent service providers and to offer end customers a catalog of quality services, easily accessible via the platform.
Our vision is divided into three axes:
- A booking platform that connects providers and tenants directly to end customers, with ease and transparency.
- A turnkey structure for the self-employed, offering visibility, support, administrative tools and payment facilitation so they can focus on their expertise.
- A lively and dynamic community, punctuated by events, workshops and afterworks, encouraging exchanges, collaboration and personal and professional development.
1. Advantage of offering rental space on OTWA
A 100% free publication
Posting your space is completely free, as your ad generates useful traffic for the platform.
This collaborative model allows everyone to benefit from real visibility, without registration fees or commission.
Three ways of connecting
Choose the solution that suits you:
- Booking Direct : digital calendar connected to your availability.
- Slot Booking : the client books a call or video conference.
- Custom form : personalized form to collect the necessary information and create a suitable offer.
Increased visibility
Each published location becomes a showcase accessible to a wide audience, strengthening your reputation and facilitating connections with new customers or partners.
A Swiss collaborative model
By joining OTWA, you contribute to a supportive ecosystem where each space and each service provider participates in the growth of entrepreneurship in Switzerland.
Hassle-free connection
You have the place, we take care of finding tenants for you.
No complex management: the platform takes care of everything according to the connection method you choose from the three offered.
Simple, effective and hassle-free.
2. Conditions of membership
Renting a space on the OTW Academy is completely free .
No subscription, registration fees or commission are charged to the owner of the venue.
Each published space contributes to the overall visibility of the platform and to supporting the ecosystem of Swiss service providers and entrepreneurs.
A period of 7 to 14 days may elapse between the registration request and the location actually being put online.
This period is necessary to allow our team to verify the authenticity of the information provided and to guarantee the end customer an optimal level of quality, avoiding any non-compliant profile or property.
3. Payment conditions and installments
The communication of your banking details (bank account or TWINT) is requested solely for the purpose of allowing the OTW Academy platform to pay you the amount of your rental when a customer makes an online payment via the platform.
No withdrawals, fees or transactions will be made from your account outside of these payments.
A separate document, titled "Payment Schedule and Refund Terms," details the transfer deadlines, processing periods, and conditions applicable to each type of reservation. This document is available upon request or in your partner area.
4. Availability updates ( Direct booking and Time slot booking)
When integrating onto the platform, the owner or manager of the premises chooses one of three ways of connecting with customers:
- Direct booking : direct booking on your online calendar.
- Telephone or video slot booking : booking a predefined slot for an exchange.
- Request for quotation : transmission of a personalized request to the client
When registering, the owner is asked to indicate the first availability of their space only if they have chosen option 1 (Direct Booking) or option 2 (Telephone or video slot booking). This information must be accurate and reflect the actual availability of the space.
In cases where an online calendar is used (direct booking or slot booking), the owner of the venue ensures that it corresponds to their actual availability.
In the event of a lag or synchronization problem with your own calendar, you are simply invited to inform the platform at the following address: info@opentowork.academy .
In the event that an end customer books a slot that ultimately turns out to be unavailable, the owner must react in a professional and commercial manner, by contacting the customer again in order to agree on an alternative solution with them.
→ When the owner uses a Gmail address (google.com), calendar synchronization can be done in real time. For other email services, automatic integration is currently being studied.
5. Confidentiality and data protection
The OTW Academy undertakes to process all personal data communicated by owners and end customers in strict compliance with applicable legal provisions, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FADP).
The information collected is used exclusively for the purposes of operating the platform, including:
- management of spaces rented on the platform, connection with end customers,
- connecting with interested customers or service providers,
- management of reservations, online payments and transfers,
- the communication necessary for the smooth running of rentals and the monitoring of collaborations.
OTW Academy implements all necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and security of the data processed.
Data is not sold to third parties under any circumstances. However, it may be transmitted to technical service providers or partners strictly necessary for the execution of services (hosting, payments, messaging), in compliance with applicable legal provisions.
In accordance with the regulations, each service provider has the right to access, rectify and delete their data, which they can exercise by sending a request to: info@opentowork.academy .
6. Use of images and content
As part of their registration, the owner may be required to provide photographs, visuals, or other content intended to illustrate and promote their services. By transmitting this content, the service provider expressly authorizes OTW Academy to use, reproduce, and distribute it for the sole purpose of promoting its services via the platform and associated communication channels (website, social networks, brochures, communication campaigns, etc.). This authorization is granted on a non-exclusive, free-of-charge, and revocable basis in the event of termination of the contract, subject to a reasonable technical period for the removal of materials already published.
The provider guarantees that it has the necessary rights to the content provided and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.
7. Duration of the contract
This agreement takes effect upon validation of the request to put the location online on the OTW Academy platform. This validation constitutes full and complete acceptance of these conditions.
The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period, without fees or subscription.
The owner may at any time request the removal of his space or the modification of his information by simple written notification to the following address: info@opentowork.academy.
OTW Academy reserves the right to suspend or remove a space in the event of non-compliance with the publication conditions, false information or failure to meet the required quality.
8. Termination
From the owner's side:
Termination possible with one month's notice, without justification.
On the Academy side:
Immediate termination possible for non-compliance with terms or harmful behavior.
9. Platform liability
The OTW Academy acts exclusively as a platform for connecting space owners and end customers.
It cannot be held responsible in any way for rental conditions, delays, disputes, or any other problem that may arise in the context of the direct relationship between the owner and the client.
Each owner remains solely responsible for the compliance, security and maintenance of their space, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations applicable in Switzerland (authorizations, insurance, taxation, etc.).
The Academy declines all legal, material or financial responsibility in the event of any dispute, claim or damage arising between the parties concerned.
In the event of legal proceedings, any claims or liabilities must be addressed directly to the relevant service provider.
11. Force majeure
OTW Academy cannot be held responsible for interruptions due to events beyond its control (breakdown, cyberattack, natural disaster, etc.).
12. Signature and acceptance
The posting of a space via the publication form on the OTW Academy platform constitutes full and complete acceptance, without reservation, of the following contractual documents:
- The Agreement for the provision of premises
- General Conditions of Use (GCU)
- General conditions for publication of spaces
Although posting is free , validating the form confirms your agreement with the publication conditions and formalizes your commitment to OTW Academy.

🇩🇪DE
Providing a space on the OTW Academy platform is completely free. No subscription, registration fees, or commissions are charged for publishing a space.
By offering your space, you actively contribute to the development of Swiss entrepreneurship and the visibility of local service providers while benefiting from free promotion on the platform.
1. Collection of bank details
During the registration process, the owner or manager of the venue provides their bank details (bank account or professional TWINT).
This information is used exclusively to allow the OTW Academy platform to pay the corresponding amount when an end customer pays for a reservation online via the platform.
Bank details are kept securely and are only used for payments related to your rentals.
In the event of any modification, the owner undertakes to immediately inform the OTW Academy team at the following address: info@opentowork.academy.
2. Online payment via the Platform
When the end customer reserves and pays for the rental of a space online (via credit card, PayPal, Twint, etc.), the OTW Academy platform acts as a financial intermediary:
- OTW Academy collects funds in the name and on behalf of the owner of the premises.
- The amounts collected are then paid in full to the owner, less any transaction fees charged by payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Twint, etc.).
- No commission is received by OTW Academy for publishing or making a space available.
The owner receives a detailed statement for each transfer, specifying:
- The customer's name
- The total amount collected
- Any transaction fees
- The net amount paid
3. Direct payment on site
If the customer chooses to pay the rental directly on site (cash, personal TWINT or other direct means), the owner collects the total amount himself.
No commission is due to the Platform in this case.
The owner is responsible for keeping proper accounts and declaring this income.
4. Payment schedule
The Platform makes the following payments:
- No later than the 1st working day of each month, for rentals paid online during the previous month.
- The amounts are transferred to the account provided during onboarding.
Any bank transfer or external payment service fees are automatically deducted by the financial provider (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, TWINT).
5. Obligations of the Provider
The owner undertakes to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date banking information.
- Maintain tax and accounting compliance of your income.
- Respect the deadlines for updating your contact details in the event of a change.
- Use customer data only for the services booked through OTW Academy.
The owner remains solely responsible for issuing customer invoices and meeting his tax obligations (VAT included if applicable).
6. Responsibility of the Platform
OTW Academy acts exclusively as a technical intermediary and payment agent.
The Platform:
- Cannot be held responsible for rental conditions, the quality of the premises or the running of the events organized.
- Only guarantees the repayment of amounts actually collected via the platform, when the payment was made online.
- Declines all responsibility in the event of technical failure, banking error or problem beyond its control.
- Not considered the renter or organizer of the event: the owner of the venue remains solely responsible to the end customer.
Any VAT applicable on the provision of the space is the exclusive responsibility of the owner.
OTW Academy only charges VAT on its own revenues (subscriptions or additional services offered on the platform)
7. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Swiss law .
In the event of a dispute, the legal venue is the headquarters of the OTW Academy, unless otherwise required.
9. Digital validation
Validation and publication of the space provision form on the OTW Academy platform constitutes full electronic acceptance of this document and the associated conditions.
No handwritten signature is required.
Although the publication is free, this act confirms the owner's agreement with the conditions of collaboration and formalizes his commitment to OTW Academy.

After your registration
Once your registration is validated, here are the different steps and information you will receive.
1. Upload your profile
A presentation of your space as well as a detailed description of your amenities will be published on the platform.
It may take 7 to 14 days between submitting your form and your ad actually being posted online.
This delay is necessary to allow our team to:
- verify the authenticity of the information and visuals transmitted,
- validate the quality of the content and the conformity of the location,
- guarantee a level of reliability and professionalism in accordance with the Academy's standards,
- avoid any fraudulent advertisement or one that does not comply with our charter.
You will not receive an automatic notification when your space is published.
Please actively check your information on the platform and contact us at
info@opentowork.academy for any changes or corrections.
2. Booking system – Sesami
If you have chosen to contact us by direct booking (Booking Direct) or by booking telephone or video conference slots (Contact), you will receive an automatic email from Sesami , our booking system.
This email contains a sync link allowing you to connect your personal calendar to the OTW Academy platform.
- This link is valid for 24 hours.
- If it has expired, please let us know so that a new one can be sent to you.
- Also check your spam folder if you can't find the message.
- This synchronization is optional, but it allows you to:
- keep your calendar up to date in real time,
- display only your available or occupied slots (never the contents of your calendar).
3. Connection by request for offer
If you have chosen to connect by request for offer , a personalized form will be created for you based on the information provided during your onboarding .
This form will allow customers to:
- describe their needs precisely,
- indicate the type of service desired,
- specify their budget, region or desired date,
- choose the contact method they prefer (telephone, email, video, etc.).
Each time a customer submits a request through your form, you will receive a summary email containing:
- the customer's name and contact details,
- the details of his request,
- the contact method he selected.
You can then contact the client directly to refine the proposal and finalize the service.
